Superfood Nourish Brain Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut or rice milk
3 stalks of kale (discard the tough center stalk and use only the leaves)
3 leaves of lettuce
1 small, frozen banana
A small handful of goji berries or blueberries
1 Teaspoon hemp seeds
1 Teaspoon flax meal or chia seeds
1 Teaspoon bee pollen, (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
Fresh Ginger Tea
5cm fresh ginger
1 stick cinammon
Dash of nutmeg or cardamon
Pass ginger through juicer and squeeze lemon juice. Place this in saucepan, add water, cloves and cinnamon. Simmer for 15 mins and add nutmeg or cardamon.
Sweeten with honey if desired.
